"I was 300+ miles from home on the second day of a 5 day ride . Had engine problems .Within 15 minutes my bike was on a work table being checked over.
I was back on my way in less than 3 hours with the problem fixed.

"The dealership allowed me in on a Monday (usually closed) to purchase my mew 2011 Street Glide 103 in Scarlet Red. I had been shopping for this particular bike for 2 years at my local dealerships with no luck. H-D of Wytheville also offered me a reasonable amount for my foreign trade-in rather than the insulting figure that the local dealerships were offering. "I rate Wytheville Harley as the best dealer I have visited. I traded my soft-tail for an electraglide classic with them. Wytheville was the only dealership that was FAIR and REASONABLE when quoting trade value. The staff was also very understanding and sympathetic when my trade-in had a mishap while in route to take delivery on the bagger. They altered the trade value appropriately which ended the transaction with a positive experience. I drove 500 miles round trip for this deal and I would do it again. I will go to them for accessories and refer them to everyone who is looking for a positive experience. "

"We just bought a 2010 HD Electra Glide Ultra from Daniel Farmer. The entire experience, from the first day we walked through the doors to walking out (today) with a brand new HD, was amazing! EVERYONE goes out of their way to greet you and help you. We never felt pressured or ignored, quite the opposite. The process to finalize the paperwork and leave with the bike was another thrill!
